In the Final of the Hopkinson Plate @ Eccleshill Victoria Club Fields “B” were successful against Undercliffe Cc “A” in a tense final.
Fields receiving 120 start had a good start with Jason Fieldhouse winning both his frames against Alan Whitehead 66-34 & 90-24, Steve Peel lost both his frames to Sonny Sandhu 67-79 & 27-53.
Jason Smith shared his frames with Anthony Borza 40-57 & 44-40 & then on last Glen Clements lost both his frames to Anthony Ward 37-60 & 41-59 but it wasn’t enough for Undercliffe Cc & fields ran out worthy winners.
