Following last night’s vote regarding the new 4 man – 2 frame snooker format that had been proposed for next season I can announce that the format will remain the same as a 6 man team.
I look forward to receiving your team entries for the new season later in the year following the Summer League and look forward to another close season.
On Tuesday 5th April we have the snooker singles final at Great Horton Conservative Club between Stuart Harker and Gareth Gregory – best of 5 frames starting at 8pm.
Then Wednesday 6th April is the Billiards High and Low handicap finals. Andy Jeffery v Alan Peacock and Richard Palmer v Andy Oldroyd at Clayton Conservative Club – 8pm start.
All spectators are welcome on both evenings with the host clubs providing markers for both events please.
If any team still has trophies from last season could they possibly bring them along to one of the finals next week please.
