Clubmates drawn together for intriguing battle
Pairs partners Kevin Firth and Wayne Cooper will face each other in the opening round of the Bradford Snooker Championships singles competition
THE draws for the first round of the Bradford Snooker Championships produced a stand-out tie with the first two names out of the hat.
Current Yorkshire and nine-time Bradford champion Wayne Cooper was paired with Bradford team-mate and pairs partner Kevin Firth in an all-Undercliffe Cricket Club affair.
The duo have a bye in the Pairs event but this singles match is already creating plenty of interest in the district and a good crowd is expected when the duo meet.
Keep your eye on the upcoming events found to the right side of this site, details of the arranged match will be shown in due course for those who have already asked.
Eddie Ratcliffe and David Parrott are running this year’s competition and details will be sent out to all players, which can also be viewed below.

South Bradford Games League Update “Correct Rules”
Hi Guys
I have had a few phone calls from players questioning the break off at snooker. The rules have been incorrect in the handbook for the last couple of Seasons, but I corrected them this year, but unfortunately looking at the league handbooks the printers have used last season’s rules again. I have attached a copy of the “Correct” rules HERE for this season, so if you could possibly display it in your club as well as advising your players, this should end the confusion.

Bradford No 1 kick off title defence on home turf
Draws for 2015 Bradford Snooker events live at Undercliffe Sunday 11th nov
REIGNING champions Bradford No 1 start the defence of their Division One title with a home Yorkshire Inter-District League match against Leeds No1 at Undercliffe Cricket Club on Sunday (7.30pm).
The draw for the Bradford Snooker Singles and Pairs competitions will take place prior to that fixture. Any player wishing to watch should attend the Undercliffe club from 6.45pm. Players wishing to enter must register and pay their fees by Saturday at the latest.

South Bradford Games League Weekly Update
Hi Guys,
Herewith the Weekly Results and League Tables following last week’s matches.
I have also attached a spreadsheet (DOWNLOAD PDF VERSIONS HERE) so you have ALL the Results Sheets that you will need, as I am receiving different versions from different clubs. Could you please try and get someone to print copies of all these off for you so the official result sheets are being used by everyone.
