Please disregard the previous email – I showed both legs of the cup final at Clayton Libs. 

Any team that progressed into the knockout stages of the Cup or Shield competitions will have prizemoney to come. Could you please ensure that a representative from your Team/Club attends the second leg of the final of the competition you qualified for, to collect the winnings. If no one from any teams below attends the 2nd leg of the final then that team will not receive their prizemoney.

The reason we do this is to show some respect to the 2 teams who have battled through to the final and also to try and get as many people watching as possible to try and make it as good a night as possible.

Hi Guys

Herewith the update following the Week 8 round of matches. With just 1 round of matches left its all to play for as regards places in the Cup & Shield Knockouts.
These knockouts will commence the week after the Group matches finish (Tuesday 18th July) and are all 2 leg matches.
If you could all try and send me your FULL RESULTS through from next weeks matches as soon as possible after completion, so I can work out the Knockout draws and email them out. This way everyone will know where they are playing and who against at the earliest possible time.

PLEASE NOTE: Eccleshill Victoria are unavailable to play on Tuesday 18th July, but are available on Thursday 20th July. So whoever they are drawn against need to contact Alan Austin (07445 262565) and get the first leg rearranged before the second leg is due to be played.

A quick thanks for Great Horton PC CC and Lilycroft WMC A rearranging their match, which ended Great Horton 403 Lilycroft 409……..

Also I have attached the registration sheet HERE for the coming season. Could you please complete and return this sheet to me at Clayton Rugby Club on Thursday 20th July around 7.45pm. This is just a Registration Meeting for you to bring your completed forms and also your entry fees for the forthcoming season

Hi Guys

Herewith the updates from Week 6. Please note the match between Great Horton PC CC and Lilycroft WMC A has been rearranged for next Thursday 6th July.

Also could someone from either of the Lilycroft teams please confirm that one of next weeks matches has been rearranged for another night of the week as both teams are due to be at home. This was highlighted at the start of the season when the fixtures were issued and I did ask for the rearrangment to be made as soon as possible, but as yet I have heard nothing. Please note that Wibsey Libs B or Queensbury A also need to agree to the change.

Also any team who still owes the entry fee, could you please let me know when this will be paid. ALL weekly £4.00 subs will need paying after the Group Stages have been completed. The £4.00 weekly subs do not apply during the knockout stages.
