Herewith Week 3 Update. Can I remind you, especially the Conservative League teams, that players must start of their own handicap, and not the difference between the 2 handicaps. Minus players must start below zero depending on their handicap and work their way towards 0.
The outstanding match from Group B between Girlington and Clayton Rugby A is being played tomorrow.
If any of the fixtures for Week 5 have been rearranged for the Thursday night because of the Conservative League Presentation Night can you let me know asap so I know who is playing Tuesday and who is playing Thursday.

Just a reminder that next Friday, 14th June, is the South Bradford Presentation Night at Clayton Rugby Club.
This year we have a band called “The Motives” playing a couple of spots around the hot food and the presentation itself. We are told that they are a very good band so hopefully you will all come along and encourage people to bring their partners and friends along and maybe dance your way through the night.

Herewith Week 2 Results and Tables.
Just a quick point – could you please ensure at the start of every frame that ALL players start off their correct handicap (minus players start off a minus start). I know some have been starting the higher handicap players off the difference between the 2 players ie: Howard Mawson -35 starts off 0 and Alan Peacock 14 starts off 49.

Bradford Snooker Championship Final – Saturday 8th June 2019
Who will become the 2019 Bradford Snooker Champion
A new name will appear on the Bradford Snooker Championship Trophy, as Kevin Firth (Undercliffe Cricket Club) will take on Stefan Risidi (Owlett Hall Social Club ) in this season’s Final, after both players enjoyed reasonably comfortable wins in the semi finals.

Gareth and Anthony Green secure title no5 with a dramatic 4-3 win over 6 times champions Kevin Firth and Wayne Cooper
Greens take Bradford Snooker Pairs title number 5
Gareth and Anthony Green defeated defending champions Wayne Cooper and Kevin Firth in an epic Bradford Snooker Pairs Final at Great Horton Conservative Club to lift their fifth title.
Cooper and Firth have won the event 6 times together, with Cooper also winning it a further 4 times, twice with Donald Proctor, once with Lee Atkinson and once with Dean Parker, whilst Firth has won it previously with Dave Stirk, but the night belonged to the Green brothers after a tense finish.
